Requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and projects
- Build long-term relationships with customers, focusing on trust, continuity, and repeat business
- Ensure customer expectations are aligned with project scope, timelines, and delivery
- Work closely with Project Managers to understand project status, risks, and upcoming needs
- Translate customer requirements into clear inputs for technical and delivery teams
- Proactively identify blockers, misalignments, or scope changes and help resolve them
- Engage regularly with customers to understand their business goals, technical challenges, and future plans
- Perform client and product research to anticipate potential needs or opportunities
- Help customers understand how our AI, ML, and software solutions can support their objectives
- Identify opportunities for follow-up projects, extensions, or new use cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals or next steps based on customer needs
- Support account growth through a deep understanding of both the technology and the customer context
