We are looking for a Shift Leader Packaging Cheese Dairy to ensure smooth production processes and high equipment availability in the Packaging Department of the Cheese Dairy. As Shift Leader, you will take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of your shift team and ensure targeted collaboration.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in dairy technology or a comparable profession
• Several years of work experience in food production or in the production sector of another industry
• Leadership experience and ability to lead a team motivating and responsibly
