Risk Management, Associate / Assistant Vice President

This role will support and enhance the ACH/EDI Operations department through metric development, analysis and reporting at various levels. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.

Requirements

• Demonstrate knowledge of - and sensitivity to - the current regulatory environment impacting ACH and EDI Transmission services, including NACHA Rules and data protection/integrity practices
• Engaging with cross-functional partners to support efficiency and streamline processes related to data capture, output and dashboard production for daily management of operational tasks
• Developing/revising, implementing and monitoring quality service standards that align with target productivity levels and department goals
• Communicate and collaborate with product owners, implementation teams, technology teams, bank operations and other parts of the Bank, to also include Internal/External Audit, Risk and Compliance as needed
• Supporting established routines for analysis and reporting of department capacity, quality and performance standards, and metrics
• Providing risk management and ACH Rules compliance oversight for all internal/external change initiatives
