Associate, Business Management Department, Japanese Corporate Banking Division

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is seeking an Associate to join their business management department under Japanese Corporate Banking division, supporting the APAC region. This role involves supporting regional strategy creation and business planning, working closely with colleagues across multiple divisions and partner banks.

Requirements

• Degree qualified
• Minimum three years of relevant experience within corporate banking or a related field
• Minimum JLPT N1 Certification, a degree from a Japanese university or equivalent
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects, communicate requirements clearly with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to organisational change as well as respond sensitively to demands from different stakeholders
• Demonstrated organised approach combined with efficient time management skills
• Experience in banking regulatory environments with particular focus on local regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
