Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting (strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory).
- Strong project management experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of safe and responsible AI technologies and their application in financial services.
- Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
