Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP)

The Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) will provide a full continuum of outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment services, including assessments, intakes, diagnosis, placement, and referral recommendations. They will also participate in the planning and development of alcohol and drug prevention activities for youth and adults.

Requirements

• Provide individual sessions, group counseling, and case management services to Native American youth, adults, and their families
• Participate in the planning and development of alcohol and drug prevention activities for youth and adults
• Provide assessments, intakes, diagnosis, placement, and referral recommendations
