Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction or civil engineering is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Proficient in site management software and tools
