Requirements
- Guide a team of software developers and QA
- Lead the design of software applications and components
- Develop and contribute to solution architecture
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle
- Drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
