Senior Project Engineer Packaging

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our Packaging Technical Operations team at our site in Haarlem. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing packaging projects from conception through to execution.

Requirements

• Lead design, development, and implementation of packaging equipment solutions for pharmaceutical products in collaboration with cross functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Participate in technology transfer and validation of packaging and device assembly processes and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new packaging technologies.
• Provide technical oversight for the implementation of packaging processes and equipment.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging process robustness and provide technical support for packaging operations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns in packaging engineering principles and practices.
