Real Asset Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join the Real Estate Site Reliability Engineering team at MSCI. The successful candidate will provide technical support, develop software engineering solutions, and lead incident response and coordination. The role requires close co-operation with development and infrastructure teams to deliver first-class IT support and stability to the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total software engineering experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong troubleshooting skills / optimization skills
• Proven ability to operate under own initiative
• Proven ability to handle complex situations in a fast-paced environment
