Yard Attendant

IAA is seeking a Yard Attendant to join our team. As the frontline of IAA, this critical role enjoys learning new ways to use technology and being at the forefront of the auction industry in all our tools and resources. Yard Attendants are detail-oriented, quick on their feet, and have a passion for cars.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Upbeat demeanor
• Basic automotive repair skills or experience in the rental or construction area (preferred)
• Ability to work in all types of weather
• Ability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull over 100 lbs.
