Job Description
General Maintenance Technician II position at Hensel Phelps in Gaithersburg, MD. Leads and performs daily work orders, small capital projects, routine preventative maintenance, routine work, new installations, and cleanup.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a General Maintenance Technician or equivalent experience in a similar field
- Intermediate level of knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
- Ability to train other maintenance technicians
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and new technology
