Job Description
MSA is seeking a Project Engineer – Transportation to lead traffic and roundabout planning, design, and engineering services in Wisconsin. The role involves delivering safe and efficient solutions for communities and requires expertise in traffic operations, intersection improvements, and roundabout design. Requirements
- Manage projects including planning, scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC
- Design transportation infrastructure with a focus on traffic operations, intersection improvements, and roundabout design
- Prepare detailed plans, specifications, bidding documents, and technical reports
- Develop and coordinate regulatory permit applications
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Lead and review proposals with support from MSA team members
- Mentor and support junior staff in their professional development
