Job Description
MSA is seeking a highly skilled Graduate Engineer Public Works to contribute to the successful execution of municipal engineering projects in Des Moines, Iowa. This position offers a dynamic career with opportunities for professional growth and a positive impact on the community. The position is salaried with Flex Time eligibility.
Requirements
- Preparation of work plans and engineering services contracts
- Planning, design, bidding, and construction engineering services on various municipal projects
- Preparation of details, specifications, and bidding documents using Microsoft Word
- Preparation of regulatory permits
- Participation in project administration
- Training and mentoring on project management and client liaison duties
