Job Description
This full-time Shift Lead role in Newbridge, Ireland focuses on leading fill operations, coordinating resources to deliver a quick payment experience, coaching colleagues, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment. The role requires excellent customer service, team leadership, and efficient operation. Shift premium is applicable for hours worked before 8am.
Requirements
- Lead fill operations and coordinate resources for a speedy opening.
- Coaching colleagues on One Best Way for productivity and readiness.
- Efficiently implement operational processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Be a key holder and handle callouts.
- Coordinate vehicle receipts, temperature controls, and cash handling.
- Compliance with TSL standards.
- Support and provide feedback to colleagues managers.
- Be a team player and role model great store environment and behavior.
