The Shift Lead role is crucial for leading the fill operation at Simply Food. This involves coordinating resources, coaching colleagues, ensuring operational readiness, and ensuring a clean and safe store. Requirements

• Week 1: Sunday - Friday (16:00 - 22:00), Monday - Friday (14:00 - 22:00)
• Lead fill operation and coaching colleagues.
• Coordinate resource for operational tasks and team performance.
• Ensure clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Maintain operational processes efficiently.
• Coordinate and support close-out tasks.
• Maintain key-holding duties and handle callouts.
• Manage vehicle receipt and compliance.
