Job Description
MSTI is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Document Management Specialist to support enterprise-level document control and asset lifecycle information management using Bentley AssetWise ALIM. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing workflow, ensuring data integrity, and supporting cross-functional teams with documentation. It will focus on aligning ALIM with organizational standards, integration with IT systems, and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Bentley AssetWise ALIM, particularly in document management and asset lifecycle workflows.
- Strong understanding of document control principles, versioning, and metadata management.
- Familiarity with engineering documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications, datasheets).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
