Job Description
Mrsool is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex programs within their engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional program management skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and solutions. Requirements
- Define program goals, scope, success metrics, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage execution across multiple teams.
- Work closely with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program updates and issue resolution.
- Understand system architectures and technical requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor program progress and ensure on-time delivery.
