Job Description
This Senior Associate Attorney position at a residential and commercial foreclosure firm focuses on representing clients in mortgage servicing and litigation. The role involves managing litigation, drafting documents, conducting court appearances, and negotiating settlements. Requirements
- J.D. degree, bar license in New York
- Bar license in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and/or Connecticut not required
- Minimum 10 years relevant litigation experience preferred
- Substantial knowledge and experience with New York Mortgage Foreclosure Law
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
