Job Description
Join Beast Industries as a Senior Systems Engineer to build and manage the HR tech stack and support the employee experience. Collaborate with Tech and People Ops to streamline tools and prepare for future migrations to enterprise-grade platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems or software engineering roles focused on HRIS or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven track record working with at least one modern HRIS
- Proficiency with APIs (REST, JSON) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, comp, performance)
