Job Description
Bellini at Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will oversee pastry production, supervise a team of pastry cooks, and develop new recipes and menu items. Requirements
- Prepare and create a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of pastry cooks

- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
