Job Description
Are you a hotelier in search of new experiences in South Florida and have a love for hospitality and genuinely exceeding expectations? We're looking for a Hotel Front Office Agent to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Office Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A degree in hotel management is a plus
