The Dutch/German Speaking Technical Support Analyst will provide frontline customer support and/or technical support via various communication channels like phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities include issue resolution, troubleshooting, customer retention, and maintaining high service quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College level preferred
- Previous working experience in a BPO and Customer Service
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of WLAN
- Strong affinity to electronics and technology
- Knowledge of Bluetooth technology
- Excellent English, Dutch or German fluency
