Job Description
Movable Ink is looking for a Client Experience Manager DACH to work with clients and ensure their success using our platform. The role involves communicating and collaborating with clients, identifying and fostering up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving strategic use cases to ensure Movable Ink's software drives measurable and scalable value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Account Management, Client Services or Digital Marketing Experience
- Experience building relationships to grow business
- Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, mobile, ESPs, APIs, marketing automation, marketing analytics or programming
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven knowledge of key digital marketing metrics and strategies
- Experience presenting and influencing client audiences
- Studies of account management, client services, or digital marketing
