Business Systems Support Admin

The Business Systems Support Admin will provide day-to-day support within Salesforce and related Business System tools at Movable Ink.

Requirements

• Conduct daily ticketing support of Movable Ink’s Business Systems
• Manage access of user records, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules for systems and related enablement tools
• Troubleshoot user-reported bugs or errors within core systems
• Build reports and automations in tools based on business or project needs
• Execute bulk data uploads and reporting requests as defined by the team
• Collaborate with the current team on all aspects of support, documentation, and process improvements
• Assist with page layouts, data cleanup, and evaluating legacy processes marked for deprecation
