Requirements
- Considerable knowledge of child development and the ability to facilitate age-appropriate activities for youth.
- Experience in outdoor recreation and familiarity with various outdoor activities.
- Leadership experience in facilitating groups in a camp or outdoor education setting.
- Understanding of recreation program risk management and the ability to manage risks effectively.
- Ability to work as a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve program goals.
- Desire to make a positive difference in the community through recreation and youth development.
