Job Description
Mount Sinai Morningside Social Worker is seeking a full-time, day-shift individual to assess and evaluate patients and families for palliative care, focusing on psychosocial and environmental factors. This role involves developing treatment plans, providing direct service, identifying resources, and advocating for patients and families to improve their well-being. The position requires a deep understanding of palliative care and child/elderly/domestic violence policies.
Requirements
- Develop options and treatment plans.
