Job Description
The Senior Director, Patient Financial Services (Backend) at Corporate 42nd Street is responsible for hospital-based Billing and Accounts Receivable performance for the Mount Sinai Health System's Medical Center. This role involves leading teams, ensuring accurate billing, handling claims, and fostering strong relationships with payers and stakeholders. Requirements
- Direct daily operations of teams and continual efforts to reduce AR days, increase collections, and reduce bad debt.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end revenue cycle performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and lead team in developing innovative strategies.
