Clinical Risk Manager

The Clinical Risk Manager will report to the Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety and oversee the review, analysis, and monitoring of safety events, claims management, and quality improvement efforts. This role is crucial for enhancing patient safety, minimizing losses, and complying with regulatory requirements. The Clinical Risk Manager will collaborate with Quality Department and will serve as a champion for risk management and safety throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Coordinates the risk management program.
• Conducts an initial risk management review and develops a case summary.
• Evaluates risk management, quality of care, regulatory concerns, and insurance.
• Actively participates in performance improvement activities.
• Responds to inquiries and provides coverage for outside of normal business hours.
