Job Description
This role involves joining the team in preconstruction on Phase 3 of a flagship Friary Park Estate Transformation project in West London. The role is a key part of procuring quality packages, managing commercial elements including packages, and identifying value creation opportunities within the scheme. You will be working closely with Construction, Technical and Cost planning teams and providing input on CVR and cashflow forecasting.
Requirements
- Experience in procuring major subcontractor packages.
- Proficiency in Excel and payment systems.
- Experience working on mid to high rise mixed use residential schemes.
- Experience managing accounts throughout delivery
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Analytical and risk assessment skills.
