Job Description
Mount Anville is seeking a driven M&E Project Manager to lead the preparation and delivery of new high-quality homes during the pre-construction and construction phases. This role involves coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and other parties, managing stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to planning and reporting guidelines. The company is recognized as a leader in the London construction industry, known for its high performance culture and commitment to employee growth.
Requirements
- 2 projects: Clapham (June 2026) and Lots Road (Pre-construction, 264 units, 5-block development), both requiring completion within a timeframe.
- Experience in large residential projects is a must.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and clients.
