Job Description
Mouawad is seeking a Jewelry Creative Director to lead artistic vision and creative identity for their High Jewelry and Fine Jewelry collections. The role involves overseeing the design process, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring adherence to brand standards while catering to a high-end clientele. The ideal candidate will embody the brand's values and contribute to a culture of creativity and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in jewelry design, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
- Exceptional creative vision and design sensibility.
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials, and gemstones.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into commercially successful jewelry collections.
