Sales Completion Specialist

We're a used car marketplace looking for a Sales Completion Specialist to join our team. You'll be an expert guide for our customers, helping them get the best price for their car. You'll negotiate, problem-solve, and celebrate with customers in a collaborative team setting.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for helping people and talent for building solid rapport
• Proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in negotiation skills and ability to work to a high standard
• Experience in a customer-facing role with targets and KPIs
• Availability to work a standard shift pattern (Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm)
