Senior People Business Partner

Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. The company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support a sizable portion of the company, providing strategic HR services to a dedicated department/s. The role will involve partnering with stakeholders to drive the execution of people processes, lead talent initiatives, and gauge feedback to be taken back and help in effective performance management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant HRBP/PBP experience
• 3+ years of experience conducting internal or external investigations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
• Masters degree preferred
