Job Description
Motive is seeking a skilled Installer to join their team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telematics devices, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and strategic project management.
Requirements
- Independent or collaborative installation of Motive's product suite (gateways, AI cameras, accessories).
- Customer training, support trials, and managing a Requests for Information (RMA) system.
- Overseeing installation projects, performing quality checks, and auditing documentation.
- Troubleshooting remote assistance for installers and managing escalated issues.
- Custom installation guides for specialty configurations and customer requests.
