Job Description
Lead Talent Attraction through innovative recruitment strategies, establish partnerships with local and global academic and non-academic institutions, and execute Talent Management practices including Learning & Development, performance management, and career management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resource Development
- HRD qualification or equivalent
- Familiarity with global HR practices
- Strong time and project management skills
- Understanding of organizational design
- Appreciation for technology and business integration
- Passion for driving employee wellbeing
- Ability to champion Social Sustainability initiatives
