Morton Salt is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst. This role will ensure smooth operations of systems, processes, and content related to sales support, customer portals, and internal information flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related work experience, or 8-10 years of related work experience in lieu of degree
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of web content management systems (CMS), portals, and database management
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately update and manage customer information, product information and content across various platforms
- Process Improvement: Experience identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions
- Excel Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including the ability to perform data analysis, create reports, and generate insights
- ERP and CRM Experience: Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Customer database
- Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve operational and system-related issues effectively
- Strong Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
