Requirements

• Acting as a leader in the support of the Safety Journey and the Company’s Goal of Achieving an Injury-Free Workplace
• Conducting weekly safety and quality meetings
• Accountable for good housekeeping in department/shift
• Manage engineering projects in their department/shift
• Troubleshoot machine issues with hourly operators
• Utilization of root cause analysis when troubleshooting equipment to ensure repairs are done correctly
• Budget ownership for their department/shift
• Own maintenance for department/shift
• Track machine downtime related to mechanical, electrical
• Ensure machines are properly utilized to meet and exceed production goals
