Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building construction, carpentry, or framing, and be willing to participate in a training program. The role involves repairing building projects, promoting a positive construction experience for customers, and working in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements
- Learn, keep current with and apply the Morton Buildings’ safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards to every building, everyday
- Demonstrate the ability to read, understand and build according to construction plans
- Operate construction hand tools and other specialized equipment safely, efficiently and effectively
- Work with other crew personnel in a safe, organized, productive and enjoyable work environment
- Be able to adapt to different type of repairs and think outside the box
- Trouble shoot or problem solve
