Job Description
This position is an outside sales position focused on growing the mortgage lending business in the local community. The role involves securing residential home loans through referrals from realtors and builders, analyzing financial situations, and managing the loan origination process. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School or Equivalent
- Minimum Knowledge: Analyze complex financial situations and determine best case solutions
- Prospect local markets (cold calling, in person)
- Experience with Conventional, Government and Alt-A lending
- Hands on experience with DU / LP
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Physical ability to navigate, travel, and work in various office settings.
