Title Examiner

We are looking for a Title Examiner to join our team. As a Title Examiner, you will be responsible for searching for public records and examining titles to determine the legal condition of primarily residential property title.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5+ years experience of searching and examining experience with refinance and resale transactions, California experience required
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficient typing (55 WPM)
