Title Examiner

We are seeking a Title Examiner to search for public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of primarily residential property title. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in searching and examining, strong customer service focus, and proficient typing skills.

Requirements

• Researching properties and resolving issues
• Performing title examination and examining the chain of title for a wide range of title orders
• Abstracting and analyzing records
• Preparing initial title commitment documentation
• Providing underwriting interpretation within established guidelines
• Copying or summarizing recorded documents
