As the Title Clearance Coordinator, Curative, you will coordinate all aspects of the title clearance process, communicate with clients and internal staff, and manage daily progress reports.
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience within real estate or mortgage industry
- Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
- Strong customer service focus
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated: ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
