Job Description
As the Title Clearance Coordinator, Curative, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the title clearance process. This role involves communication with clients, borrowers, internal staff, and external agencies, ensuring timely and consistent compliance with company standards. The coordinator will manage title commitment reviews, maintain lender relationships, and support the success of the entire process.
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience within real estate or mortgage industry
- Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
- Strong customer service focus
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
