Closing Coordinator

We are seeking a Closing Coordinator who will facilitate the closing process in a timely manner, collaborating with multiple parties and ensuring compliance with company-defined standards.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience within real estate or mortgage industry
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
• Strong customer service focus
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated: ability to work with minimal supervision
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
