Closing Coordinator

We are looking for a Closing Coordinator to facilitate the closing process in a timely manner, collaborating with multiple parties to ensure compliance with company-defined standards. The role involves coordinating all aspects of finalizing the loan closing process, communicating with clients, borrowers, and internal staff, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience within real estate or mortgage industry
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
• Strong customer service focus
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated: ability to work with minimal supervision
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
