Closing Coordinator

We are looking for a Closing Coordinator to join our team. As a Closing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of finalizing the loan closing process. You will communicate with clients, borrowers, internal staff, and outside agencies to facilitate all closing issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience within real estate or mortgage industry
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
• Strong customer service focus
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated: ability to work with minimal supervision
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
