People Operations Specialist

Morse Micro is redefining wireless connectivity with next-generation Wi-Fi HaLow technology. You'll be part of a global team collaborating across Australia, the US, India, the UK, China, Taiwan, and Japan.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in People Operations or HR, with a mix of hands-on HR administration and compliance/governance exposure
• Highly organised, strong attention to details, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves for admin
• Solid understanding of employment law, WH&S, and workplace compliance obligations in Australia. Global experience is preferred.
• Experience with HR administration / compliance / governance, including maintaining and updating key policies, procedures, contracts and other employee documentation and data.
• Experience with HR tech - preferred experience with HiBob, Gusto, Ethena, CultureAmp & Confluence
