Job Description
Morrison Child and Family Services is seeking a Case Manager for the Home Study & Post Release Services department. This role involves providing case management, conducting home visits, assessing safety and needs of unaccompanied immigrant children, and connecting them with community services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about trauma-informed care, understanding family preservation, and delivering culturally appropriate services.
Requirements
- Conduct home visits and phone contacts with child’s release
- Perform case management with focus on safety, placement, needs, and referrals
- Submit detailed documentation in accordance with agency requirements
- Maintain case file documentation and monitor compliance with ORR policies
