Landscape Architect

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a talented Landscape Architect/Designer with 5–8+ years of experience for our Towson, Maryland office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university.
• 5-8 years of experience in planning and landscape architectural design.
• Familiarity with local jurisdictional requirements from comprehensive plans, to zoning codes, to detailed subdivision, landscape, and signage regulations/guidelines.
• Excellent written, graphic, diagrammatic and oral presentation communication skills.
• Fluency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D, Land F/X), MS Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and 3D modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino)
• Experience in private sector projects, public sector is a plus.
• Experience in environmental documentation related to Forest Conservation Act and the ability to perform field assessments, data collection, and site analysis outdoors
